Your qualification is based on the deal's numbers (ARV, rehab scope, location) rather than your personal income. Some programs may require reserves or prior experience, which we'll review during your free consultation.

Do I need experience to qualify? +

Not necessarily. While some lenders prefer borrowers with prior experience, we work with several investors who fund first-time deals. A solid deal with strong numbers can overcome a lack of track record. Our team will match you with the right lender for your experience level.

What credit score do I need? +
